Greg Turney is a family friend of mine and said that you may be able to answer my question. A friend of mine brought me a bottle of wine from Spain and I can't find out where I can purchase it or possible order it. It is a Ribera del Duero Denominacion de Origen Arco del Sol 2009. | rick, hi there! I hope your summer went well and everyone drank lots of wine. I have a liqueur question for you. Maybe you can help me out. Some time back 2-3 years probably Sue and I bought a bottle of Scotch liqueur called Amber Liqueur made by MaCallan. it is listed as a single malt balanced with natural maple and pecan. A friend of mine gave me a couple bottles of 2003 and 2004 Marietta Angeli Cuvee by Marietta Cellers Guyserville. I liked the 2003 92 pts, but the 2004 is not as good yet. I would like to return the favor as we are coming your way August 1st.
Do you have a Cab or blend you can recommend for around $40 bucks that I can pick up a couple bottles. I would buy the 2003 Marietta if you have it, but if not, I am looking for a smooth finish Cab or something like a Chimey Rock.
